Here are some of the top questions we get asked to help you better prepare for the upcoming virtual call on Zoom.

1. What time zone is the meeting in?

All meetings scheduled are in Eastern U.S. time zone.

2. What happens after I schedule a call?

After scheduling a call, you will receive an email confirmation with the date and time as well as the dedicated Zoom link.

3. Do I need to be on a computer during the call?

You can be on any mobile device though it is highly recommended that you jump on Zoom on either a desktop/laptop PC or tablet.

4. Do I need to download any software?

Nope! The Zoom link you'll receive over email (be sure to check your spam box) does not require any registration or logins.

5. Is there anything I should bring to the call?

Because we will be reviewing your current bookkeeping status including logging into QuickBooks, we recommend that you are able to login to your QuickBooks account.

6. What do I have to share during the call?

We will never ask you for your username/password. In QuickBooks, you simply add MarginFred LLC as your Accountant to give us temporary access to view your QuickBooks ledger. Once we are complete, you simply revoke the access.
